In a collins glass filled to the top with ice combine:
- 1 oz Wildrye Boss Tweed Old Tom Gin infused with Rosemary
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Honey
- ¾ oz Ginger Beer
- Top with Soda Water
Garnish with Rosemary Sprig
For Rosemary GIn: Add 3 fresh rosemary sprigs to a bottle of gin. Typically ready in 5 days.
