In a collins glass filled to the top with ice combine:

  • 1 oz Wildrye Boss Tweed Old Tom Gin infused with Rosemary
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Honey
  • ¾ oz Ginger Beer
  • Top with Soda Water

Garnish with Rosemary Sprig

For Rosemary GIn: Add 3 fresh rosemary sprigs to a bottle of gin. Typically ready in 5 days.
