Cherry Italian Soda
- 1 oz Wildrye Cherry Vodka
- ½ oz Dark Cherry Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Top with Soda Water
Add a splash of cream for an Italian Cream Soda, a favorite in the tasting room!
Garnish with a cherry.
Cherry Lemonade
In a collins glass filled to the top with ice combine:
- 1 oz Wildrye Cherry Vodka
- 1 ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Cherry Juice
- Splash of Simple Syrup
- Top with Soda Water
Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cherry.
Wildflower
In a lowball glass muddle 1 Orange Slice
- 2 Dashes Lavender Bitters
- Fill Glass to top with ice
- 1 oz Wildrye Bourbon
- Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish with a blackberry or fruit of choice.
Candyland
In a lowball glass filled with ice combine:
- 1 ½ oz Wildrye Dark Rum
- Muddle ½ orange slice
- Add Root Beer to fill
- Add 2 dashes orange bitters
Try adding a splash of half & half for a fun twist!
Rosemary’s Fantasy
In a collins glass filled to the top with ice combine:
- 1 oz Wildrye Boss Tweed Old Tom Gin infused with Rosemary
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Honey
- ¾ oz Ginger Beer
- Top with Soda Water
Garnish with Rosemary Sprig
For Rosemary GIn: Add 3 fresh rosemary sprigs to a bottle of gin. Typically ready in 5 days.
Wildrye Pain Killer
In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice:
- 1 oz Wildrye Dark Rum
- ¾ oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut (can be adjusted based on preference)
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- Splash of Orange Juice
Shake
Pour contents into lowball glass
Garnish with grated nutmeg and orange slice
Thai Mule
In a mule mug filled with ice combine:
- 1 ½ oz Wildrye Dark Rum infused with Basil
- Lime Juice (to taste)
- Splash Basil Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut (or to desired sweetness)
- Fill with Ginger beer
- Garnish with lime wedge and basil
For Basil Rum: Soak fresh basil in Wildrye dark rum for at least 2 days to get desired flavor.
For Basil Simple Syrup: Boil 1 cup of sugar, 1 ½ cup water, and one 3 oz package of fresh basil. Strain, chill, and enjoy!
Caipirinha
Quarter ½ a Lime and muddle into a cocktail shaker and add:
- 1 oz Wildrye Silver Rum
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Add ice, shake and pour contents into a martini glass.
Try with muddled strawberries, blackberries, or your favorite fruit for a refreshing twist!
Honey Crisp
- ½ Oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 Oz Apple Pie
- ½ Oz Honey Syrup
- ½ Lemon Juiced
Add all ingredients to shaker with Ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with Cherry or apple.
Apple Old Fashioned
- Coat a lowball glass with Angostura Bitters (approximately 4 shakes)
- Splash of Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- Splash of Soda water
- Fill Glass Halfway with Ice
- ½ oz Wildrye Apple Pie
- ½ oz Wildrye 5 Drops Bourbon
Gently stir and garnish with an expressed orange rind and a cherry if desired.
P-Burg (Philipsburg) Lemonade
In a collins glass filled with ice combine:
- 1 oz Wildrye Bourbon
- ½ oz Orange Juice
- ¼ oz Lime Juice
- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Top with Lemonade
Garnish with a lemon, lime, or orange.
We were so lucky to work with The Trust for Public Land here in Bozeman for the opening of the new Story Mill Park celebration and create a signature cocktail for the event. We took the recipe for our Pittsburg Lemonade and added 1 oz of our house made limoncello for a fun summer twist!
The Vendome
In a cocktail shaker halfway filler with ice combine:
- 1 oz Wildrye Bourbon
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- ½ oz Honey Simple Syrup
- Gently stir and strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with a cherry.
Kickin’ Ginger
In a collins glass filled with ice combine:
- 1 ½ oz Wildrye vodka
- 1 ½ oz ginger shrub
- 1 oz symple syrup
- Top with soda
For ginger shrub: Combine 2/3 cup fresh ginger, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup apple cider vinegar in a food processor. Strain, chill, and enjoy!
Wildrye Lavender Gin and Juice
In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice combine:
- 1 oz Wildrye Boss Tweed Old Tom Gin
- 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- 1 Dash Lavender Bitters
- ½ oz Honey Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
Shake and pour contents into a snifter glass
Garnish with orange slice or blackberry.
